The indicative delivery times are:

Baltics – 1-3 workdays; parcel terminal of your choice

Finland – 3-5 workdays; parcel terminal of your choice

Rest of EU – 5-7 workdays; courier delivery

UK – 1,5-2 weeks; courier delivery

US – 1,5-2 weeks; courier delivery

Orders over 100€ are delivered to you for free.

You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the purchase. After the 14-day period, you will no longer be eligible and won’t be able to receive a refund. We encourage you to try the items in the first two weeks after their purchase to ensure it fits your needs.

For the return of the items purchased within Estonia, Latvia or Lithuania you just need to send the items back to iCOURT’s office at Vana-Narva mnt 15a, Maardu 74114, Estonia via parcel terminal of your choice. Returns are free of charge for the Goods received via parcel terminal, using the return code received within the delivery SMS notification. Note that only one return using the same return code is free of charge. For returns in other EU regions, UK and US, we will send you a return label after you have submitted the return form.

The return rates are as follows:

Latvia, Lithuania - 6 EUR (return by pick-up lockers)

Finland, Sweden, Poland - 12 EUR (return by pick-up lockers)

Czech Republic, Denmark – 16 EUR (return by pick-up lockers)

Belgium, Germany, Slovakia, Netherlands – 19 EUR (return by pick-up lockers)

Luxembourg, Slovenia, Austria – 24 EUR (return by pick-up lockers)

Other EU regions and Ireland – 38 EUR (return by pick-up courier)

UK, Norway, Switzerland and US – 72 EUR (return by pick-up courier)
